Home / Land Grading
Light grading and site prep with a tractor. Yards, small pads, and driveways shaped so the ground is level where it needs to be and the water runs off.
Text me a photo of the lot and tell me what it's for, and I'll send you a quote.

What I don't do: big cuts and fills, basement digs, or anything that takes heavy excavation equipment. This is tractor work, and I'll tell you on the phone if your job is past that.
Grading disturbs soil too. Clearing or grading more than an acre needs a state erosion control plan before work starts. I'll walk you through what that involves and what it means for the timing before any work begins.
Most grading jobs start with the lot cleared. See land clearing. A new drive usually goes in after the grade is set, see gravel driveways. And if there's an old mobile home on the pad, that comes off first. See mobile home removal.
Based in Mocksville. Land grading across Davie County, plus Yadkin, Iredell, Rowan, Davidson, and Forsyth counties.
Send photos and I'll tell you straight. Smoothing, leveling, and shaping are tractor work. Moving a lot of dirt or cutting into a hillside is not, and I'll say so.
Sometimes. It depends on the job. The quote says what's leaving the lot and what's staying on it.
Yes. Send photos of where the water is going. Most of the time it's a matter of shaping the ground so it runs off instead of through.
