What I tear down
- Decks and porches, including the footings if you want them gone.
- Sheds, outbuildings, and detached garages. Wood-frame, metal, or vinyl.
- Fences. Wood, chain link, vinyl, and the posts.
- Carports and lean-tos.
- Above-ground pools, the decking around them, and the pad.
- Play sets, gazebos, pergolas, dog runs, and anything else rotting in the back yard.
- Interior tear-outs. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drop ceilings, paneling. Down to the studs and hauled off, for homeowners, investors, and remodelers.
- Single-wide trailers, mobile homes, and campers. Torn down in place and hauled off. A mobile home is a structure in the state's eyes, so that job comes with a permit and an asbestos inspection. See the mobile home removal page for how that works.
What I don't do: whole houses. Stick-built house demolition takes different equipment and a different class of contractor, and I'll tell you that on the phone rather than waste your time.
Tear-down and haul-off in one visit
Most demolition companies drop a dumpster and leave you to it, or they knock it down and leave the pile. I do the whole thing. The structure comes down, the debris goes on the trailer, the nails get picked up, and the ground gets raked. You're left with a clear spot, not a project.
The trailer is a 14-foot high-side dump trailer on rubber tires. It sits in the driveway without cracking the concrete or leaving rust rings, and it leaves when I do.
Jobsite cleanup for contractors
If you're a remodeler, a roofer, a flipper, or a GC working in Davie County, I'll keep your site clean so your crew can keep working. I clean up the site and haul it off, not just drop a can.
- Demo debris after a kitchen or bath tear-out
- Roofing tear-off
- Framing, drywall, and flooring scraps
- Old cabinets, fixtures, and appliances
- End-of-job sweep and haul so the customer sees a finished house

Permits
Sheds, garages, and other structures usually need a county demolition permit. Most decks and fences don't, but it depends on size and where you are. I'll tell you which before we start, and I'll pull the permit if one is needed. Anything with a septic line, a gas line, or a power feed gets disconnected and capped first.
How pricing works
Text me a photo of the deck, the shed, the fence, or the room and I'll send you a price. Demolition is priced on the size of the structure, what it's made of, and how many trailer loads it turns into. The price includes tear-down, haul-off, and clean-up. You pay when it's done and the site is clean.
