What I haul
Most of my junk removal work in Mocksville is the stuff that piles up when nobody has a trailer. If it's in the way and it's not hazardous, I'll take it.
- Furniture. Couches, mattresses, box springs, dressers, tables, the recliner nobody wants.
- Appliances. Fridges, washers, dryers, stoves, water heaters, dead freezers.
- Yard debris. Brush, limbs, old lumber, fence boards, landscape timbers, that pile behind the shed.
- Garage and shed contents. Bikes, tools, dried-out paint cans, boxes you never unpacked.
- Remodel leftovers. Drywall scraps, shingles, flooring, old cabinets and fixtures.
- Single items to full loads. One hot tub or a whole house. Same phone number.
Cleanouts
A cleanout is a junk removal job with a deadline and a lot of decisions. I do garage cleanouts, storage unit cleanouts, and full-house cleanouts across Davie County.
Estate and downsizing cleanouts
When a family is clearing a parent's house, the job is not just hauling. We sort. Anything usable gets set aside for the family, donated, or resold where possible. The rest goes on the trailer. I work on your timeline, not mine, and I don't rush you through it.
Pre-listing cleanouts
For agents and sellers. Empty is not the same as photo-ready. I clear the house, the garage, the shed, and the yard so the photographer sees the house and not the stuff. If a deck or a fence needs to come down before photos, I do that on the same visit. See the demolition page.
Rental turnovers
Tenant left a mess. I clear it, sweep it, and you get the unit back on the market.
Recent cleanouts
Driveway pile, one trailer load, gone the same afternoon.
Full-house cleanout. Kitchen emptied, sorted, and hauled.
Same house. Every room left broom-clean.
The trailer
I run a 14-foot high-side dump trailer. It holds about 15 cubic yards, which is roughly a full garage or a very bad basement. It sits in your driveway on rubber tires, not on a steel roll-off frame, so it does not crack the concrete or leave rust rings. When the load is done, it leaves with me. There is nothing sitting in your driveway for a week.
How pricing works
By the load, priced from a photo. Text me a picture of what needs to go and I'll send a price back, usually within the hour. Most jobs are priced by how much trailer space they take, so a single item is cheap and a full load is one flat number. No site-visit song and dance. No surprise fees when I show up. You pay when the job is done and the driveway is clean.
What I can't take
Paint, chemicals, tires, and other hazardous materials. Not sure about something? Ask, and I'll point you to the right place for it. Davie County runs a household hazardous waste drop-off, and I'm glad to tell you where it is.
