What's included

How it works

  1. Text me the address and a few photos. If you know roughly how big the lot is, say so.
  2. I send a quote. One number for the clearing, the haul-off, and the cleanup.
  3. I clear it. Brush and debris go on the trailer, and the lot is left open when I leave.

Small jobs and big ones

Light brush and overgrowth I handle with my own tractor, usually on short notice. Heavier clearing takes a bigger machine, which I bring in for the job. That needs a little more lead time, and the quote covers it. Send photos and I'll tell you which kind of job yours is.

Erosion control on bigger lots

Clearing more than an acre of soil needs a state erosion control plan before work starts. If your lot is that size, I'll walk you through what the plan involves and how it changes the schedule, before any equipment comes onto the lot.

Lot still has an old trailer on it?

Get the mobile home off first, then clear the lot. See mobile home removal. Once the lot is clear and it needs to be shaped, see land grading, and for the drive, gravel driveways.

Questions I get

How big a lot can you clear?

Light brush on a residential lot is tractor work and goes quick. Heavier clearing and acreage take a bigger machine that I bring in for the job, so plan on more lead time. Text me the size and a photo, and I'll tell you which it is.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as I can get onto the lot. Text me when you're ready and I'll text you when it's done.

Do I need a permit?

Usually not for clearing alone. Bigger lots fall under the erosion control rule above. I'll tell you what applies before we start.

What happens to the brush?

It's hauled off with the rest of the debris. It goes to the transfer station or the right facility. It does not get dumped in a corner of the property.

Text me a photo of the lot and I'll send you a quote.
